Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026 · Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Superb Maids Denver ("Superb Maids," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit joinsuperbmaids.com (the "Site") and apply for employment with us. This Site is used for recruiting cleaning staff. By using the Site or submitting the application form, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are (data controller)

Superb Maids Denver is the controller responsible for your personal information.

  • Address: 10714 Wynspire Road, Highlands Ranch, CO 80130, United States
  • Phone: +1 (720) 388-1778
  • Email (HR / privacy requests): hr@superbmaidsdenver.com

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete the application form, we collect the information you submit, which may include:

  • Full name;
  • Phone number and email address;
  • Whether you have a reliable vehicle;
  • Schedule preference and days you are available;
  • English proficiency level;
  • Prior cleaning/work experience and any details you add;
  • Your consent choices (including your consent to be contacted).

Please do not submit sensitive personal data that we do not request (for example, Social Security number, date of birth, financial account numbers, health information, or immigration documents) through this form. If a role advances, any such information will be collected separately through a secure, lawful process.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form or browse the Site, limited technical data is processed on our behalf, including your IP address, browser/device type, and the date and time of your submission. This is used to deliver the form, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain security.

3. How we use your information

  • To receive, review, and evaluate your job application;
  • To contact you about your application and potential employment (by phone, SMS, and email — see Section 4);
  • To verify eligibility to work and, where applicable and only after a conditional offer and with your written authorization, to conduct a lawful background check;
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use your application information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Calls & text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box and provide your phone number, you agree that Superb Maids Denver (and recruiters acting on our behalf) may contact you about your application and potential employment by phone call and by text message (SMS), including messages sent using automated technology.

  • Message frequency varies based on your application status.
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message; reply HELP for help. You may also email hr@superbmaidsdenver.com or call us to opt out of calls or texts.
  • Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. You may still apply and be considered if you prefer to be contacted only by email or phone — just let us know.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing, and text-messaging opt-in data is not sold or shared.

5. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Service providers (processors). We use trusted vendors that process data on our behalf under contract and only on our instructions:
    • Web3Forms — delivers your submitted form to us by email;
    • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the Site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides content delivery and security, processing technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the Site.
  • Within our company — with staff and recruiters who need the information to evaluate your application.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Superb Maids, applicants, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Cookies & analytics

This Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies or process limited technical data for security and performance. Because we do not engage in targeted advertising or the sale of personal data through this Site, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals; there is no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep application information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above — typically for the duration of the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterward to consider you for future openings and to comply with applicable recordkeeping and anti-discrimination laws — after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 9).

8. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Colorado residents have the following rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA):

  • Access — confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy;
  • Correct — correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
  • Delete — request deletion of your personal data;
  • Data portability — obtain your data in a portable format;
  • Opt out — opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. (As noted above, we do not sell data, serve targeted advertising, or conduct such profiling through this Site.)

How to exercise your rights. Email hr@superbmaidsdenver.com or call +1 (720) 388-1778 with your request. We will verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Right to appeal. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing us with the subject "Privacy Appeal." If you have concerns about the outcome, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights; contact us using the details above and we will honor rights available to you under applicable law.

10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of for a sale or share. If our practices ever change, we will update this Policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism before doing so. To confirm our current practices or make any privacy request, email hr@superbmaidsdenver.com.

11. Children

The Site and application are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
